As a Licensed Realtor® and Office Manager within our brokerage, I bring a unique perspective to real estate by combining client representation, brokerage operations, and motivating impactful agent development. My role allows me to support both the success of the clients and agents we serve and the business infrastructure of the office.
As a Realtor® my primary focus is buyer advocacy specializing in new home construction. I guide buyers through the builder process, helping them understand contracts, timelines, and design decisions so they can move forward with clarity and confidence. My goal is to ensure that buyers are well represented, informed, and positioned to make smart real estate decisions throughout the entire homebuilding journey.
As Office Manager, I work closely with the Broker/Owner in leadership and operational meetings, helping guide office initiatives and maintain the systems that keep the brokerage running effectively. I oversee new agent orientation, commission entry processes, and internal workflow, while also coordinating professional and community events for the office. I manage the promotion of these events through flyers, digital marketing, and social media, creating opportunities that strengthen relationships between our agents, clients, and local partners.
In my role as an Engagement Leader with EXIT Realty, I focus on empowering agents through technology and training, teaching them how to effectively utilize company tools and systems to grow their businesses and operate efficiently in today’s evolving real estate landscape.
